Planning guidance, not a quote

Estiquote provides indicative project cost ranges and material guide values for early planning. It is not a contractor quotation, tender, survey, valuation, engineering assessment, tax calculation or professional advice. Do not treat a guide value as a guaranteed price.

Your responsibility

Actual costs vary with scope, access, location, specification, site conditions, taxes, permits, timing and contractor rates. Before making a commitment, confirm the scope with appropriately qualified professionals, check local requirements and obtain at least three detailed written quotes where practical.

Country and material models

Country conversion uses bundled World Bank economy-wide purchasing-power data applied to Estiquote’s UK guide baseline, with bundled local-currency fallbacks where purchasing-power data is unavailable. Estiquote also displays the construction measurement system assigned to the selected market and converts equivalent material quantities where supported. It is not a construction-specific index or live supplier feed, and it does not guarantee every retailer’s pack size or local trade convention.

Free, Project Pass and Trade

• Free provides one saved top-line estimate.
• Project Pass is a one-time Apple in-app purchase that unlocks the full tools for one active homeowner project at a time. Replacing the active project removes that project and its saved quote comparison and markup from the iPhone after confirmation.
• Trade is a monthly Apple subscription with unlimited saved projects, markup, quote comparison and client PDF tools, including an optional business logo stored on the iPhone.

The app displays the current price and billing terms for your App Store country before purchase.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Apple controls purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, restoration and refunds. Trade renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms shown by Apple. You can manage Trade in your App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, interfere with the service or present an Estiquote guide as a certified professional valuation or guaranteed contractor price. You are responsible for information you enter and reports you choose to share.

Availability and changes

Features, data sources and guide models may change as the product improves. We may correct errors, update baselines or withdraw a feature where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Estiquote is not responsible for project overruns, contractor performance, purchasing decisions or losses caused by relying on an indicative guide without appropriate professional checks. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
