About Estiquote

Who is behind the app?

Estiquote is an iPhone cost-planning app published by Labii Reatum LTD, the seller named on the official App Store listing. Product support and content corrections go to estiquoteofficial@gmail.com.

The app offers a free headline estimate, a one-time Project Pass for one active homeowner project, and a monthly Trade subscription for repeated estimating. Purchases are optional and handled by Apple. Compare what each plan includes.

A planning aid, not a promised building price

Estiquote applies project choices to a guide model. It is not a site survey, a measured take-off from drawings, a live merchant price feed or a binding builder’s quotation. A range becomes more useful when you check its assumptions against the work you actually want.

Our estimating methodology explains the UK baseline, country adjustments, measurement units, budget allocations and exclusions. A country adjustment does not mean we have researched each local contractor’s rates.

How to read our guides

• Practical purpose. Guides include checklists, questions and worksheets to help define work and compare written quotes. They are published by Estiquote, not presented as independent reviews of our app.
• Traceable claims. Product descriptions refer to the published app. External factual sources are linked where used, with their geographical scope stated. Fictional examples are labelled and are not market-price research.
• Clear authorship. Estiquote is responsible for these pages. AI-assisted drafting is used to help structure explanatory content; this is not a claim of review by a chartered surveyor, engineer or other accredited professional.
• Honest limits. We do not promise a saving, certify contractors or treat the cheapest total as the best offer. Project-specific technical, safety and regulatory questions need appropriate professionals.
• Meaningful dates. Publication and substantive revision dates describe the content, not the freshness of every underlying model input.

Report an error or missing assumption

Email the page address or app version, the wording or result you are querying, and a short explanation. For an estimate, include the category, country, area type, size and finish. Please omit names, full property addresses and confidential quote documents from an initial message. We can then discuss what evidence is needed without collecting unnecessary personal information.
